FAQs

What is the process for selecting and reserving a vacation home?

Click on the “Vacation Rentals” or “Property Map” buttons on the navigation bar at the top of this website. You can find a list of our properties. Using the green “Book Now” button on the calendar for the property you are interested in, you can send a reservation request once you’ve found a home that suits your needs. Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive your information. Alternatively, you can contact us directly by phone or email.

How can I find out if my chosen vacation home will be available during my trip?

We display an Availability Calendar with each home, which is updated automatically every day. For the most current information, we strongly recommend contacting our office (by phone or email), as we might be occupied renting that particular vacation home at the same time. An agreement for rental and payment must be completed before a booking is considered to be confirmed. Until you receive our confirmation of your rental, do not book a flight.

Is there parking for RVs, trailers, or multiple cars?

If you plan to arrive with more than two vehicles, an RV, or another oversized vehicle, please let our staff know when you inquire. There are usually only a few days allowed for RVs and trailers to be parked at homes in these ordinances. The short-term storage of these vehicles is available locally at numerous storage facilities. Alternatively, you can contact the City directly if you need a short-term permit.

Is it possible to switch my vacation rental reservation?

You can make changes to your confirmed reservation. Upon re-letting the original home for the timeframe you booked, any previous payments you have made will be refunded. If you decide not to re-rent with our company, you will be required to pay a one-time processing fee and administrative Fee.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay typically ranges from 3-7 nights from April through December and one month from January through March. Other times can be accommodated, if possible. For more detailed information on minimums, please visit the rate information for the property of your choice.

Do you charge extra during holidays?

Holiday rate adjustments of 15% apply to most homes at Christmas and Easter. The rates listed for the dates include it.

What should I do if I have to cancel my vacation?

Cancellation is possible at any time. Please let us know in writing as soon as possible. There is an administrative fee as well as a cancellation fee. Refunds for the full amount paid will be provided if your vacation home is re-rented. We will only charge you for the remaining canceled days if we can only partially rent the home to another tenant. No refund will be given if the home cannot be re-rented. We provide detailed information in our rental agreement and business terms. To cover such a case, we highly recommend travel insurance.

Can a canceled reservation be reinstated?

Yes, you can do that. If the vacation home you requested has not been rented, we will reserve it for you. Reinstatement is free.

Is my vacation home equipped with baby gear?

Baby gear is in a few homes. You may check the listing for amenities or contact the agency. You may also request information about companies that rent baby gear, such as highchairs, playpens, booster seats, and highchairs delivered.

Who do I contact if there is a problem with my vacation home?

Please call if you have an urgent emergency. Please contact the company listed on the binder for the home on the front in all other cases. Please feel free to contact our office as well. While our office hours are Monday through Friday, we are always checking our inboxes. You may also leave a message on our monitored voicemail box after hours. We will handle emergencies as quickly as possible. The next business hour will be used to address any other concerns.

What is the check-in & check-out time?

After 4 pm on the day of your arrival, you can enter the home. The check-out time on the day you depart is 10 am. Please contact our office if you would like to arrive earlier or depart later than the standard time.

Do I have to pay any fees?

  • Certain fees are not included in the base price.
  • Guests may be charged an additional fee in some homes. On the home page, they will be listed.
  • In addition to the base rate, the cost of electricity will be added per kilowatt-hour (as long as it is not stated on the home page).
  • There is a one-time cleaning fee to ensure your house is properly cleaned after you depart. Fees are listed on the home page.
  • Upon receipt of the security deposit, the renter will be compensated for any additional charges and/or damages outside the scope of the damage waiver. This is the information listed on the homepage.
  • Administrative Fee: these fees cover the special costs of running our business and providing 24/7 customer support.
  • You will be covered for any damage caused during your stay with us—home page listing.
  • The tourist tax plus sales tax is additional.
