Showing rental properties seven days per week
Typhu Homes Real Estate Services is open seven days a week (excluding national holidays) for you to view properties. Many prospective tenants need to schedule appointments after hours or on weekends when looking for quality rental properties. Also, we realize that rental property management doesn’t stop on Fridays at 5:00 pm. Our customers must reach us if we are to provide them with the highest level of professionalism. We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday by appointment. Additionally, we have property managers on call 24 hours a day to deal with any emergency.
Quality Resident Screening
We believe that an ounce of prevention is worth a ton of cure when it comes to selecting the right residents for your rental property. Our goal is to ensure that the renters we place on our properties are of the highest quality. Because of this, we run every applicant through a six-step screening process.
- A detailed application form is used for screening.
- Every adult applicant for a rental unit gets a national credit report.
- To ensure that our application has not been evicted within the past seven years, we conduct an “Eviction Search.”
- We verify former landlord references.
- Verification of employment is conducted.
- A criminal search is performed to ensure no crimes have been committed.
Accounting Software
Our property management software is among the top-rated programs in the industry. Generally, we process rents on the same day that they are collected. Each month, we provide detailed statements to our owners, showing all rental income and expenses. A summary statement of our owners’ tax return is also provided to their tax accountants. Furthermore, we can make recurring monthly payments for our owners, such as homeowners association payments and similar obligations. Managing properties has never been easier.
We guarantee residents!
To ensure that we choose the right tenants for our properties, we provide the following guarantee to our landlords. The leasing fee for any resident broken into during the first six months will be waived, and we will re-rent your property to new residents for free for the remaining term.
